- Shipping & Delivery
- INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - My Diva Boutique is now shipping merchandise to International locations. When placing your order, add the items to your shopping cart and enter the following information for the shipping address: P.O. Box 46166 Kansas City, MO 64188 - In the Special Instructions box please enter the address you would like the merchandise shipped to. Click the "Place the Order" button. You can then exit out of the screen. We will then calculate your shipping and send you the order total and payment link via the e-mail address you provide in your order. Once your payment has been received and cleared, your order will be shipped.
All items will be shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed via USPS (United States Postal Service) Monday thru Friday, except on holidays in which the order will be shipped the next business day.
The tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address you provided at checkout once the order is shipped.
- Sales Tax
- My Diva Boutique charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. *All items shipped to Missouri will be assessed a 7.475% sales tax*
- Return Policy
- It is our ultimate goal for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If our product does not meet your expectations upon arrival, you have 10 days to return your unused merchandise for a refund or exchange.
Refund/ Exchange Instructions: Please e-mail us at info@mydivaboutique.com with your invoice # and we will provide you with a return authorization number. Simply mail the item(s) back in the original packaging and tags attached with a copy of your invoice. If exchanging, please check the online product catalog to determine if the item you are exchanging for is available. If the item is not available once your exchange is received you will be issued a refund for the item(s) purchase price excluding shipping charges. Once an item for refund is received you will be notified via e-mail once the refund is processed.
We suggest you use a return shipping method in which you can get a tracking/confirmation number. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ITEMS BACK UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers' records. Most credits show up within 7-10 business days, but may take up to one billing cycle.
Customer will be responsible for shipping fees on returned/exchanged items.
